RENTALS

Rental of apartments for minimum one week and for any period

SALE OF FURNITURE PACKAGE

The tenant buys the furniture package at the price of 1 EURO.

CANCELLATION

We require 15 days advance notice of cancellation.
A premature departure does not entitle to reimbursement.

PAYMENT

At the beginning of your stay, payment can be made in cash, by cheque or by banktransfer.
Credit cards are not accepted.

DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL

The apartments are available as of 2 PM on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, the guests are requested to vacate their apartment by 12 AM.
